Alot of people are not to keen on there vegetables, nor should i say brussel sprouts. I love them. I grew up eating them all the time, you know the ones that were boiled so much they were at times well mush. Here you can see that i peeled my sprouts. it is a labor of love but well worth it. You don't even need to blanch them ahead of time, and they cook up really well, tender and delicious.
